3. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched, except for Cash on Delivery where payment is collected upon delivery. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select digital wallets via Razorpay.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India from our facility in Gurugram. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for metro cities and 3–10 business days for other locations. Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹499 to most serviceable pin codes.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we accept returns only when: the product arrived damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, or the package arrived empty. Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].
6. Product Use and Health Information
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known medical condition. Always perform a patch test before using a new topical product.
